All you need is…
Diced roast beef
Rainbow Pepper (freshly ground)
Spring onions (chopped)
Green cabbage (shredded)
Cider vinegar (1 tablespoon)
Goat’s cheese/soft cheese
Melt butter in a large pot and soften cabbage, add salt and pepper then scoop out into a bowl. Melt butter in the same pot and fry spring onions, garlic and ginger; Add beef and simmer till heated through. Pour back cabbage, add Paprika, vinegar and let it simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot with goats cheese.

In a bowl, quickly mix butter and flour together, then stir in brown sugar, combine thoroughly before adding just very little soy milk. Tightly pack together then refrigerate for a few hours. Cut into thick discs and bake for 10 to 15 minutes on 180 degrees. Enjoy!
