This is so tasty. Easy to make too.
You need..
Eggs
Erythritol
Natural peanut butter
Dark chocolate pieces
Almond meal
Salt
Baking powder
Combine all ingredients, pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 10 minutes on 180 degrees. Delicious when served hot.

Roast Beef and Cabbage casserole

All you need is…
Diced roast beef
Salt
Rainbow Pepper (freshly ground)
Spring onions (chopped)
Butter
Green cabbage (shredded)
Garlic (chopped)
Ginger (chopped)
Paprika
Cider vinegar (1 tablespoon)
Goat’s cheese/soft cheese
Method
Melt butter in a large pot and soften cabbage, add salt and pepper then scoop out into a bowl. Melt butter in the same pot and fry spring onions, garlic and ginger; Add beef and simmer till heated through. Pour back cabbage, add Paprika, vinegar and let it simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot with goats cheese.
Dark chocolate low carb cake

This is so easy to make and it tastes so good too.
You need…
Dark chocolate (At least 85%)
Sweetener
Natural peanut butter
Ground Almond
Eggs
Baking soda
Butter
Cocoa powder
Direction
Melt chocolate with butter. Let it cool, stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a greased pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes on 180 degrees. Serve with cream. Enjoy!

Cacao nibs
Maca powderÂ
Raw peanutsÂ
Sweetened banana chips
Honey
WaterÂ
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and spread evenly on a baking tray. Sprinkle Chia seeds and bake on 160 degrees for 10 minutes. Let it cool and cut to desired size. Very filling. Enjoy!
