Stir fry vegetables
Boil some spaghetti in salt water according to cooking instructions, drain and set aside. Meanwhile, chop some onions, garlic and fry in Olive oil until softened. Stir in chopped tomatoes, stir fry veg and pepper, season with salt/pepper – cover pot and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add washed and cleaned prawns and let it cook for a few minutes. Toss in spaghetti and mix and gently mix it all up with a tong till completely combined. Enjoy hot or cold.

Lamb Chops (Frozen or fresh)
Leek (Washed and chopped)
Seasoning (Salt, pepper, stock cube, e.t.c)
Place lamb chops in an oven dish; season with salt, pepper, stock cube, e.t.c. Then layer with chopped leek and season again. Cover with tin foil and roast in the oven for 40 (180 degrees) minutes or until lamb is cooked through and leek is softened. You don’t need to add any liquid. There will be just enough juice from the chops and leek. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
