Another quick, healthy and easy recipe for lunch or dinner. Cook noodles as per packet instructions… Brown garlic, onions and Bell peppers in a little oil. Add diced chicken and cleaned prawns. Cook until done, then pour pre boiled/seasoned blended tomatoes. Check for salt. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
