This is an example of a very easy meal to prepare. Delicious, healthy and quick.

All you need…

Brown rice (cook as per pack instructions)

Diced chicken breast (stir fried)

Cooked chickpeas (canned is fine)

Sweetcorn (canned)

Preferred seasoning

Bell peppers

Three ways with Corn

Maize, also known as corn are staple foods in many regions. There are sweet and savoury maize (so do not think you have to eat only sweet corn) with two different textures. While sweet corn is usually soft and easy to chew, savoury ones are much harder and chewy (My favourite).

If you are one of those people that does not like eating corn or think that it is boring, below are a few more ways you can enjoy your corn.

As you know, Corn can be boiled, roasted on the cob or as kernels. Eaten on its own or as a side dish.



But do you know they can be paired with Avocado?


They can also be eaten with coconut (this is one of my most satisfying snack)

Note: Corn and avocado will taste better if you sprinkle a bit of salt (sea salt)
