
Very easy to make. All under half an hour. Make large quantities and freeze for later.
Ingredients
Self raising flour
Dark chocolate (chopped) I used 70 percent organic dark chocolate.
Nut milk
Dairy free butter
Brown sugar
Method
In a bowl, quickly mix butter with self raising flour (finger tips) until it resembles fine bread crumbs. Stir in dark chocolate and brown sugar to taste, then pour in nut milk. Combine soft (but not wet) dough, flatten and cut to desired thickness. Lay on baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy. Delicious.
