Homemade cream and Berry cake!

A great way to use summer berries from your garden… Delicious πŸ˜‹

Very easy to make…

In one bowl, whisk caster sugar, eggs, self raising flour, pinch of salt, and butter until fluffy with no lumps.

Pour into greased and lined cake pans.

Bake at 180 degrees in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes

Cool cake on a wire rack..

Whisk double cream until stiff, cover cake with a thick layer of whisked cream and decorate with choice of berries. Enjoy!

Note… Add food colouring to cream or cake batter for a colourful caked.

Note…you can substitute sugar for sweeteners.
