Leek the Lamb

Leek and Lamb; two main ingredients you will need for cooking this meal. How simple is that?? Even if you do not know how to cook, this will be easy enough for anyone. For a quick dinner, all you need is….

Lamb Chops (Frozen or fresh)

Leek (Washed and chopped)

Seasoning (Salt, pepper, stock cube, e.t.c)



Place lamb chops in an oven dish; season with salt, pepper, stock cube, e.t.c. Then layer with chopped leek and season again. Cover with tin foil and roast in the oven for 40 (180 degrees) minutes or until lamb is cooked through and leek is softened. You don’t need to add any liquid. There will be just enough juice from the chops and leek. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
